Everything went smoothly no problems really other than the identity verification process needs work I could not gety ID submitted and I even used a stationary tripod and it told me to hold phone still repeatedly other than that I would of gave it 5 stars

My daughter goes here all tje time never had a problem, I have got a few things here on her account. The people are very kind. Sweet and understanding. I need to go in tomarrow and get a tv mine just died, so will see u then

From the start I purchased a sofa that was broken, it took them over a year to resolve the problem, I had to be the one to keep communicating as they never called me back. I also purchased a stove , the one they brought was not what I picked out and it has been two years and still no change. A tv broke within a week of being paid off. On top of all that they tell me a payment is due on a certain date and then try to pull it two days earlier. Poor customer service, poor communication, and lies. I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future.

I previously picked out a miniature sectional with a sleeper that was listed on the online inventory, and I believe the man that called me to inquire furthers name was Chris. He made it a point to check out the piece of furniture before giving me a shout and let me know that the condition of that sofa was not up to standards as it was previously rented and not suitable for a family with a child. At that time I came in to the store to physically see what was in stock and available where Chris informed me of the current sales and specials being ran and helped me find the perfect couch for my space. He was very friendly, personable, and professional. I will absolutely be back in the future.

I am pretty sure that they are the friendly staff in this town. We have been with them for years. We are halfway through an agreement and in already planning on what to get next because I literally just love being their customer. They are the meaning behind the words "great customer service". They honestly care about you. Not in a "I am dealing with you nicely because I get paid to" kind of way. In an honest to goodness, "we really just want you to have the best experience with us" kind of way.
