If it was a zero stars, I would do that. I am never going There again, I’ve been putting extra on my furniture so I could pay it off before the 90 days Someone must’ve been pocketing the money because now I owe more than what I originally owed the new manager, talks to you like you’re stupid. This was supposed to be a brand new couch set under the cushions. It’s all kind of animal hair never ever go Go to their store they lie and they damn sure gonna cheat you
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Purchased a king bed frame 3 weeks ago. In the follow up email, it said that it would be delivered in 2-3 days. So I called to get the exact time of delivery only to be told that system is wrong and my bed wouldn’t be delivered for another 2 weeks. The guy gave me an estimate time between 3pm & 6pm on the 27th which is today…it’s kinda crazy because something in me kept telling me to call them. I called them yesterday(the 26th) and the guy tells me “yeah we’re all Confirmed and will be there between 10am & 3pm”. Now I’m confused, because i work during the day and purposely confirmed the bed to be delivered in the afternoon! Had to text & call around to see if someone could be there because I had to be at work. Finally get someone to agree, and we comfirm the 10am to 3pm slot. Literally only to get a call about 1 hr ago, telling me the manufacturer sent wrong parts & that my bed wouldn’t be delivered today. Now I’m pissed! My lady is 4 months pregnant at home and no bed! Then the guy asks me would I like to pick another bed from the store, which would be fine….if the guy i spoke too 2 weeks ago didn’t tell me that they don’t even keep beds in stock in the store. So if you don’t have any beds in stock at the location, why would you ask me if I wanted another bed like you would be able to deliver it today!!!! I’m really Livid, very pissed off, and have been inconvenienced for the last 3 weeks. Totally unprofessional Very Unreliable I seriously would not recommend this place or laocation to anyone. Especially if time is crucial for you. I’m Very disappointed!
Hello. Im giving you guys a 5 star. I been with you guys for 3 months now and I enjoy my sofa couch, my washer and my queen bed with box spring and my dressers and I love how nice and friendly you guys are and thank you for working with me on my payments
I would leave a 0 but it's not an option. The store manager Allison at this location has been a nightmare and has made sure my experience was a nightmare. I stopped in at the Lapeer store to look at mattress sets and noticed that they had a few different bedroom sets that included mattresses for great deals however, the bedroom set that I wanted did not come with a memory foam mattress Jose the sales associate told me that he could get me the memory foam mattress with that specific set but he had to talk to his manager so she could approve the price change and put it in the system, then proceeded to tell me that he will contact me the following day so after not receiving a call the following day I called the store and Jose once again told me that they were working on it and that Allison was going to the other store to work on it and that he would get back to me then following day after not receiving a call the following day l once again called the store and was informed that Jose now wasn't in because he had the day off, understandable, but after dealing with this I called corporate, filed a complaint and 10 minutes later Jose finally returned my call, and everything is ready and set to go, it's the set that I wanted with the memory foam mattress, the same as cash price is $550 if paid in 120 days, the monthly payments were around $77 a month, for 12 months. He then collected a payment for $60.00 from a prepaid Visa Vanilla gift card, that he himself suggested I purchased the day I visited the store to make the first months payment over the phone and knew I'd after collecting my card information, he informed me that he needed to send a text. and to give him that password, so he could finalize the sale, suddenly, he paused mid sentence whispering to someone, then says, "nevermind, they will call you back from the store". After not receiving the call I was waiting on I decided to check my Arron's app and it says the $60.00 payment was refunded so I immediately call to find out why and Jose then informs me that my account was transferred to another store, which at this point would be great but the other store isn't offering me the same deal that was paid for and agreed upon. Something is way off with this store and when you confront an issue you are verbally attacked and apparently played with. This has been the worst experience for me since they merged with the Burton store. I never had any problems with the Lapeer store and Mark was always great, I have filed multiple complaints now about Allison because of her terrible attitude and unprofessional and after reading the these reviews its clear I am not the problem, I had 0 complaints about this company until Allison came into the picture and now after spending thousands on, furniture, electronics and appliances I am cancelling my account and dragging this washer and dryer outside for them to collect. "forced to pick that up myself" To say I'm dissatisfied is an understatement, I will not stop making calls to customer support until this location is properly trained and this childish nonsense that occurred today is properly investigated because my money has not been returned to my card. I will be posting my experience to every social platform including, reviews and that'll be adding to the numerous bad reviews for Allison and her poor customer service skills.
First they sent us to order online. Then they never called to schedule delivery, I had to keep calling for updates. Even when the items came in, never received a call. When I wanted to pay only on the 15th of the month, I was told I couldn’t do that. Even though the whole time you’re on hold it talks about how payments are easy and they can accommodate what works best for you. I ended up canceling the order. Worst experience with Aaron’s ever!! Go to the one in Flint. Stay away from these people: I have family that work for this company & would recommend Aaron’s. But, not this store.
