They violate Michigan Lease and Rental law and refuse to refund you. The sales lady is beyond hostile and openly calls you a liar when she won't listen if you have PROOF you didn't lie. The manager will hang up on you!!!

I’m not even sure what the lady’s name was but man did she pull out all the stops for my husband and I! After being refused service at 2 other locations this lady was like nope I got you, we needed a large Bluetooth speaker by no later than tomorrow afternoon she got us squared away and off to our vacation with an amazing speaker. My husband is in complete awe of her customer service standards! Thanks again for taking 2 terrible experiences and turning it into a positive one! Will only do business with this location

Having furniture be delivered to your brand new apartment and finding out is infested with bed, bugs and eggs, and all they can say is sorry. Stay up on your bill. Your problem nor give us 300 bucks and it'll pay off the couch.

They take money off any card that you have on file without you authorizing the payment even if it is used as a one time payment. They constantly harass your phone the same day that the payment is due not giving you a chance to pay before the day ends.

Brittany rocks‼️ She was very pleasant and helpful. She explained everything that I didn’t understand in a kind respectful way. She helped process my payment etc. she is definitely the nicest person I’ve talked to at this location so far. Also they’re delivering team was very fast and careful and professional with setting up my furniture. I’ve had my couch for over a month now but I literally just got off the phone with Britt!
