This place is the worst. I had wrote one review which ill add a screen shot of it but I wanted to add a new review. My payment is due today and they calling my phone knowing I work 3rd shift at 1016 in the damn morning. By rights the payment is not late up until 5pm or when ever the damn store closes. Why in god names are the calling me when my shit is literally not past due until after today.
Its like the perfect place to shop. 80's music always playing; staff is super friendly and helpful. They also play such great movies on their TV displays. 100%
Nice people. Always helpful and friendly. I have had issues with things not fitting into the room properly and felt bad they had to come move it out. But I always try to get something new from them. They are super understanding. I have been a customer for long time and I truly appreciate being able to have nice things that I could never afford to purchase otherwise. I have never been disappointed with their service.
Been doing business with rac for probably 20 years. Never have returned a item. Some things i have passed on due to price being extremely high. Also im not rich and times are hard for everyone these days. So i don't think rac should threaten to take a customer that has done business for 20 plus years items away for few days late ect away. Just for being late sometimes. Knowing the customer will pay. I would understand if you weren't familiar with them. It all matters on what GM is in control I've noticed. Some have been good and some have been bad over all these years! But they have saved me a lot over these years. Some need to be a little more friendly. But then again you got some that are very nice and helpful as well. A good employee with a friendly smile is what matters a lot honestly. Have heard al lot of complaints over that. Then you have 1 employee who is total opposite. And the only reason i continued doing business again with them. So just a little more work in that dept and would be more great!!!
Absolutely unacceptable, Rent-A- Center of Albion, MI. These were ALL left at my mother's home just TODAY! She's already contacted you and spoken to you about her account, multiple times, and this continues to happen. Every day MULTIPLE of these are left on her door. This is excessive and completely unprofessional and the employee responsible for this time of harassment should be reprimand.
