Great place and great people. The manager Rick is awesome and he works with you in all aspects from needing something fixed and trouble with payments. The staff is amazing. Carolann at the desk is friendly and great customer service. Phil and the other guy I can't remember his name, they are awesome when it comes to getting the furniture in. They carefully took the door off to get the fridge inside and then put everything back together with ease. They always make sure your satisfied with the product assembly before they leave. I will always continue to go to this store for all of my furniture and appliance needs.

Staff and delivery staff were so friendly and accommodating. Very helpful with scheduling to fit my needs. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in future!

Disgusting company. Inquired about a washer and dryer. Got sold a deal, gave my debit card information, deposit taken, very unprofessional delivery man shows up at my house and tells me no way can a washer and dryer fit in my apartment. He didn't use a measuring tape, used a wsshing machine belt and his own estimate. Doesn't even consider the fact that I have a much wider back door. Told me there is no hook up. There is indeed hookups. Manager told me no matter what they'll make it work when I signed the contract. Nobody will answer phones. This is an absurd way to treat a young single mother.

Carol Ann and Rick are FABULOUS!! The professionalism coupled with the personal attention made me feel like I was their customer. Carol Ann and Rick both in different ways went above and beyond to help me! Had a great chat with Carol Ann she spent her time chatting it up with me while she helped me at the same time! REAL CUSTOMER SVC! I really am impressed with this location and I want to say thank you again so much for being the best at what you do!

They are wonderful! Especially motto and Rick! Motto has helped me and my family for years .. they are efficient and Handle your items with care and work with you to get a price that’s affordable to your budget. I honestly trust them and have for several years. I would highly recommend! Excellent quality items that hold up and are durable for years. Purchased a gorgeous Ashley designer marble complete bed set, still going strong 6 years later! Just recently brought a gorgeous Ashley recliner set and a beautiful, Ashley modern coffee table set of 3! I’m very satisfied and happy and as a long time customer they are well worth a shot :) stay safe and best wishes!
