I never received the merchandise or was called to pick it up or delivery Legally the contract is void as they did not keep their part of the deal. I owe them ZERO. Stop sending me a bill for some things I never got.
I have been doing business with RAC for a long time. Alton from wareham is the best customer service manager I’ve ever dealt with. Number one in my book. No complaints from me. I hope he never leaves this company.
My grandma been sending checks and yall harassing her you will take her furniture away but she's sending checks with a tracker yet somehow it " don't arrive " somebody taking the checks and cashing it in and if I find out who yall gonna be in a serious condition of getting sued. Yall better check yahself
What a joke! You miss 2 payments, they start showing up at your house. I also asked why I was being charged a “damage waiver” liability fee AND a “benefits plus” fee. According to the woman at this store they are both insurance in case anything happens to the devices, also you can file a payment waiver if unemployed which is why I couldn’t make payments. Convenient they didn’t tell me this until they show up at my doorstep! This place is an absolute joke, wouldn’t recommend using Rent-A-Center! Example, I have a computer that retails for $750 and a PlayStation that retails for $200. A 6 month agreement , the PlayStation is $700 and computer is $1700!!!! If you don’t pay it off in the 6 months, the computer would end up costing almost $3,000!!!! Talk about a SCAM. Returning my items, this place is ridiculous!!!
The salesperson was trying to accommodate my wishes.He called another store and quickly set up a delivery date,giving a discount for combining items. I got a 65 inch tv,a king mattress,king bed dresser mirror and night stand. The delivery men were on time and efficient.
