Rent-A-Center

I purchased a chair when the 50% deal was going on and was suppose to only pay 647. I paid the 10 dollar deposit and set up order only to be screwed once again by them. As soon as the promotion was over they, not me canceled my order and now say I have to reorder but will be for full price. They said that they would work with me to correct issue but as usual have heard nothing. It's a shame that companies like this promote deals there not willing to offer when all year they have people pay triple for what products are worth. I was only purchasing the chair do to it matched on I already owned for my wife and was going to pay in full upon delivery and think that's why they screwed me knowing they would not be making money off me each month and if that's the case then maybe they should be put out of business.

First time ever renting furniture. We did a short term rental on a couch as the new one we ordered was taking longer than expected. Couch was delivered and picked up when they said and the furniture was clean! Great price! I’d rent from them again!

I went into the store after work. The front door was open and there were no closing hours on the front door. I wanted to inquire about renting a new laptop. After a few moments a woman came out and says it's after 6. So I look at her and she says "well we ARE closed". So I turn around to leave and she says "well I will help you." Real rude like. So I turn back to her and said "no thank you, you already told me your closed and really made it very apparent you didn't want to help me. Have Good Day i will go somewhere else. I would not go back to this location. On top of the fact they have product just stacked up on the sales floor blocking the front counter and access to other product. Very unprofessional location! I am sure there is another local location where there is better service.

I didn't want to spend a bunch of money buying a brand new set of sofas for my new place so I figured so would stop into RAC and see what it was all about. I am SO happy that I did!!! Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, the associate and store manager, William, were amazingly accommodating! I got lucky on the piece I choose, it had been there for a while so William gave me a great price. They were so easygoing and easy to deal with, I'm not going to lie, I was pretty surprised at how great my whole experience was. Not sure what I was expecting but this RAC definetly went beyond my expectations!

Family rented an automatic recliner to assist me with my recuperation from total knee surgery. It was a blessing while I couldn't get to my bed. It elevated my knees. I had it about a month and once I could get to my bed, and PT and OT were working with me, I no longer needed the chair. I called my local Rent-A- center and they came and picked up the chair that day. The gentlemen were on time and efficient. Thank you.
