I'm absolutely in LOVE with my set! The only reason it gets 4 starts is I had a very long wait time for delivery but other than that, the delivery itself went smoothly and we're thoroughly enjoying it!
-Just returned my ps5s- Just save up your money and get what you want from Walmart. Weekly payments arnt for everyone. I went 2 weeks,missing payments. No calls from anyone in the store. I went in and paid for the two weeks I owed plus that Friday's payment. Plan ahead, I sure will now.
Scam artists to the fullest I was a customer with RAC for 10 years and 2 years with this store and had nothing but issues with them. Especially their salesman Tim that is always drunk and has threatened to kick my door in if I ever missed a payment. On top of coming to my place of work drunk and discussing my account and business with them in front of customers and my coworkers. They sold me a bed and insisted that I needed a frame for it (they sold me a frame that didn't even fit my bed, and it sits at a slant). My first real bad Encounter with this store was a $130 payment that Austin took (they then stated they didn’t get the money and made me repay it) Multiple cases of false advertisement -First with a meta quest 3 they added me to a contract for that they didn’t have in store and made me wait weeks for (I ended up cancelling) -They then promised me an iPad Pro and said it wasn’t in store but they would get it. They gave me a 10th gen iPad as a “placeholder” that i paid for for 3 months and NEVER got the iPad they promised me. -I then got a used Rog Ally from them that was on their website for $20 weekly and then they tried charging me $70 bi-weekly for it. So I returned it because of a false advertisement and trying to charge more than it was listed for. I’ve gotten 10 items from these guys and was an amazing customer until I got tired of their illegal business practices and called corporate. They have taken more money out of my account than they should have on multiple cases and never gave me a refund even though they stated on the phone that they did (almost a week later found out they applied it to my account and used it for the following weeks payment) There was another incident where I made a biweekly payment and the payment went through but they said it “didn’t” and they proceeded to harass me with daily phone calls and asking for screenshots of my banking application for “proof” that my payment was taken. (It was) After being tired of their ignorance and them blatantly threatening, and harassing me I’ve contacted corporate on several occasions to speak to a DM and haven’t gotten a call in a month despite me making SEVERAL tickets. Tim has since continued to give me dirty looks everyday from his porch as I’m visiting my mothers apartment (she lives next to him) I called to pay off the final $300 they claimed I owed them and they then hiked the price up x4 and are trying to get me to pay an additional $1300 to “pay off my contract and be done with them. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, RENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT, I have been a customer with RAC for 10 years and this place has destroyed a good relationship with a good paying customer.
Its a shame you cant give this place zero stars. Tim is completely unprofessional. Every time a problem arises, it has something to do with Tim. If you agree to payment plans, they always take more money than they are supposed to. This has happened at least 4 times. They'll shrug it off with a "sorry" and tell you the money will return to you in 3 days... hate to break it to you guys but people have bills to pay and kids to feed and taking additional HUNDREDS out of a paycheck is unacceptable.
Amazing furniture and rental contracts! Beats blowing money on something low quality at Walmart and amazing designer bedroom sets! Got a cute gray bedroom set and my tv there!
