I just left the store very disappointed: I came to the store to buy furnitures and there were two guys at the front they didn’t even look at us and was ignoring when we said something . when I approach closer the guy was very rude and in a bad mood. They asked to sent a link to my phone to start my application but the connection there was very bad and I asked for WiFi he was very rude the way he said he didn’t have WiFi so I said I couldn’t finish the application and I left. He didn’t even said anything to help. I’m glad I didn’t do any business with them because if the beginning is like that imagine if I needed to solve anything there. No thank you!
Too bad I can’t give them 0 stars this people are so unprofessional they call you when you miss a payment like you missing 5 and in top of that they don’t work with you as a customer, instead they should be grateful that people still have their business up cause I’m pretty sure soon they will be out of business when people like me go on social medias to expose all the call and harrasing they do .
Well, perfectly honest with you I ordered an E bike wow right well they didn’t wanna put the bike together for me. Yeah that’s right they didn’t wanna put it together for me and then they offer one week leasing but they wanted me to lease it for least amount. Oops, and then they didn’t wanna give me a refund and still happened because I didn’t receive the E bike. Oh my experience with them was awful. They weren’t the most polite people in the world. They were very rude and very obnoxious. Actually we were in there, and then somebody lifted my friends phone out of his pocket . Completely honest, I wish they had a lower rating for me to score this particular location. 3 years ago I was threatened by the store manager. I filed a complaint and the district manager helped me fix the situation. I just called because we placed an order for a table and the same person (Nelson) who is the store manager refused to sell me a table for Christmas. Not only that, he was completely rude to me and my wife on the phone right away. I was not even rude and just wanted my application processed. He wouldn’t give me any numbers and decided to continue to be rude to me. That is not a way to manage a store and demonstrate extraordinary customer service. This has got to change. Because of him I will not be able to host a family reunion for Christmas. Thanks Nelson from Framingham.
