Aron’s suck I order a dryer a 2 weeks ago first, they sent the wrong dryer now our dryer is sitting at Aaron’s and it still hasn’t been delivered

Sold me a defective couch then I notified them I was repeatedly told someone would come by to examine and fix the couch but nobody ever showed. I even sent in my own pictures at their request and nothing. Then finally after months I decide to get a new couch so i call to cancel my acct. First they give me hard time and avoid settling my acct. Then finally they say someone will come by my house take pics and go from there. Wait around for couple days and no one comes by. Instead when I call back they say "oh shows you already own the couch ao nothing we can do" and leave me with having to move and dispose of the couch myself.

I bought a couch there back in May 2020. First of all it was a nice looking couch.They say same day delivery, however i was unable to get that option at 1pm that day so I had to borrow a truck from a family member. They had it wrapped outside of the store waiting for me. We brought it into the apartment then a few weeks elapsed and both recliners broke called technicians out then they cancelled service on me twice... I was heated, called twice to get them fixed i had to fight my recliners and still the same problem. Then my recliners are still left broking. I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN

I have dealt with the same issues that I just read from other customers. Very incompetent employees and bad communication which makes for a horrible experience with this place. I have had my living room set for 2 months. I made an appointment for it to be delivered between 3 and 7 because I work until 3. At 11 AM i got a call that they were at my place to deliver. I got an attitude from the delivery guy because i asked him to wait 5 mins so I could call my husband to rush there to fix their mistake. After setting up the couches they realized they forgot my coffee table so I had to go to the store after work to pick it up where they expected me to carry it to my car myself. About a week later my loveseat stopped reclining. I called to have them come fix it. 2 guys came and unplugged and plugged it in 20 times pushing the button for about 45 mins then called their service manager and told me they would be replacing it and would call when the new one was in. 2 weeks later I had to call them to see what was going on. Kaitlyn told me they were still waiting for the power cord. I had to tell her no it is not the cord i need a new one because the power light is on it just wont recline. I got a call at work that they were at my house to deliver when I didnt even have an appointment. I made an appointment 2 more times that they didnt show up. The last one they mysteriously had no knowledge of an appointment with me and didnt even have my loveseat in stock, yet they had it the week before. So payment day came which I refused to pay and no surprise they were calling for payment. I requested a manager after Kaitlyn said that my issues are no reason to not make my payment. He promised to order my loveseat and have it delivered today at 10 since they couldn't work with me and deliver any later than 3. I had to miss another day of work. Now it's 1 and I'm still wasting my day sitting and waiting for them. Absolutely the WORST run business I have dealt with

I ordered a table online 2 weeks ago. A week went by and no one called me to set up delivery so I called them and they said "we received it 3 days ago, we can set up delivery for next week". I was already irritated because they never called but now I had to wait an extra week when the website said it would be 5-7 days. I just had the table delivered. The delivery guys were very nice but pretty sloppy. Loose Silica beads were left all over my floor so I vacuumed them up before my dogs got ahold of them. I then went to sit at the table and saw that the paint on the table was completely flaking off. I also noticed that they forgot their drill so I called the store and the woman Jessica was also kind of rude. She answered the phone with an attitude and I told her and she was like well they can take the table when they come back and I told her I already got rid of my other table and asked to hang on to this one while they order an new one and she said I don't think they are going to order you a new one and then put me on hold. When she came back on the phone she said the guys would look at the table when they come and abruptly hung up the phone. The guys came back and there was no communication between the woman I spoke to and the guys, they went to leave without looking at the table. He then took a picture and said that the store will contact me about repairing the table or replacing it. Very underwhelmed and disappointed with the service I received in the past two weeks. UPDATE: I just received a phone call from the store, I believe the girls name was Kaitlyn, she basically called to scold me for my review. I explained the situation and she told me I was misunderstanding the process for getting a new one but it was never explained to me all Jessica said was I don't know if they will order an new one. She kept telling me that "it's not okay" for me to leave a bad review. I was calm on the phone with her, never raised my voice but she just kept saying "it's not okay". She called to put some kind of blame on me when all of this could have been avoided if they had better communication with the customer, which I'll use her words to explain, "it's not okay". Save yourself the trouble and just use rent a center or lease from elsewhere.
