All this place wants is your money. Had a wonderful experience with the sales rep but was told my bed would be delivered between 2:00 and 5:00 today and when I called them they told me there was a problem with the bed I ordered. Why make me wait all day long why not just be up front and honest the beginning. I had something to do today that I did not do because I was waiting for a delivery rep that the company knew was not going to show up.
Very un professional I was supposed to have my furniture delivered today waited all day just for me to call them to find out when they were coming cuz it’s almost past the time they were supposed to show up only for them to tell me they weren’t coming cuz supposedly the guys who deliver called out. All wasted a whole day waiting for nothing so pissed. Customer service sucks the process to get the furniture sucked and Jenny or whatever her name is didn’t or couldn’t explain any questions I had I had to find out all information myself smh never again will they have my business
If I could post my comment with no stars I would but unfortunately you can't and honestly this location is getting far too much credit and not worth the star I have to give to comment. The service at this location is beyond HORRIBLE!!!! Be very careful renting from this location- if your merchandise is damaged and under manufacturer warranty- Aarons is the only ones who can request replacement parts and good luck with giving them that job. Took this location over a year to replace a part I needed and clearly show that the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing at this location. Some days they had no record of me calling, other days- my part was on back order or on its way from another store or was sold to someone else- on and on for a year.!!!! I forwarded a complaint to corporate in Dec 2020 and I'm still waiting for a Division Manager to call me lol. What a joke this place is. By the time your done paying for your stuff - you have made enough payments to buy a car. I put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals Office!!! I PLAN ON TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION. I feel like calling Channel 10 or 12- which ever one does the Consumer Reports so I can let EVERYONE know what I have dealt with!! Good luck get anyone to care about your negative comments-- you get an automated response telling you to forward your complaint to some email address and a Division Manager will contact you- haaaaaaa I'm still waiting to be contacted from my Dec 2020 complaint.
They were short staffed and managed to deliver my furniture on time the night before Thanksgiving! I mistakenly left an old couch in my living room thinking it would fit...of course it didn't and Jason (the store manager) and his associate carried it out for me. They were extremely courteous and efficient and the ladies at the store were great also... I live a little distance away and they did my entire contract for me...all I had to do was sign. Great experience. Very friendly, helpful associates. Jason is a great example of a leader...jumping in to help make sure the customer is satisfied!
I started out having a positive experience. Everything was great and they were very helpful. They delivered the furniture on time. However, when the piece of furniture came and it was stracted up and torn. I went into the store and they apologized and ordered me another. When the delivery guys came back, they said it had been a floor model and the store employees should have advised me of this when I ordered it. The next piece arrived fine, and everything was great. I now have to send it back because we have a permanent replacement and don't need the piece anymore. They were supposed to be here between 10 and 2 today. They hadn't arrived by 2 so I contacted them. They told me it was due to be picked up tonight. I told them that was incorrect and that I was advised by the manager it would be between 10 and 2. I was told that they had 2 people out yesterday so they had to catch up today. I did not receive any phone call altering me that they would be late. I have had to contact them 4 times today, even though the manger told me he'd call me with an update. I told them I had to leave the house by 5:00 today because I had plans. It is 6:30 and I have since had to cancel my plans because they're still not here and the manager did not call me with an update.. I currently have 2 loveseats in my tiny apartment and no room to move because the furniture is in the middle of the floor. I just spoke to the manger again and he said his guys are still out and I am one of the people they are coming to, but hecan't give me an ETA. It is bad business to give someone a 4 hour window, miss that window, and not even call to alert you that they will be 5 hours late.
