Amazing customer service..got everything I needed plus last minute Christmas gifts all for the best prices... highly recommend
They keep trying to scare me and break in for an account that is not mine. The person they are looking for moved out and I have communicated that. They sent the biggest man that works in the store to scare me and try to break in. They did not disclose that they were rent a center either.

Dara at the exchange street location in Chicopee Mass, has legit been the BEST. I’m really big on customer service and she’s went above and beyond in many occasions to make sure things were processed correctly, that I had what I wanted for my son plus more. I literally refer everyone to go to her location. I make it very known I only want to deal with her! I hope the company recognizes her and gives her flowers and appreciates the hard work she does!
