I was charged for something from 2017 it's now 2025 and the product was given back to the store back then.
They brought the products placed them in the home and left saying they’d be back before the end of the day to finish hooking up the product and never came back waited till the next day called back said they’d be out within 2 hours never came back called again they came out in 30 minutes with no supplies came back with the supplies informed me that one product was installed and the other I’d have to do myself. Also, managers were friendly at times and obviously annoyed with me at other times for calling.
I once had a really bad experience with rent a center so I decided to change stores. I came across this location and gave them a call and when I say the most professional knowledgeable woman answered the phone! Her name was Joanne and she handles business with such care and compassion. She made everything I asked for easy and got things done in a timely manner. Her customer service was exactly what a customer looks for when they are spending money with a company, also her delivery men showed the same amazing service. So glad I found this store with this woman as the manager, thank you again Joanne for the amazing professionalism same to your delivery men. I will be referring anyone I know to this location from now on. I took my time to write this review because it’s well deserved, she needs a raise!!!!!
