I had ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered on Saturday between 10-12. I had put my dog at daycare so she would go nuts when the delivery guys arrived. They had an issue and had to pick one of the items at another location and said would be after 3. No problem. I'm pretty understanding. I call the store at 4, woman tells me they are on their way back from the other store and on their way. Ok cool. It is now 8:09pm. No appliances, no call to reschedule or say they can't make it. Now I have to wait another week to get it?! Prob gonna cancel my contract. And go to a different place. Totally unprofessional.
Love the CS at my store they're understanding and attentive to my needs when I needed them. Gina is the best to work w she will make sure y get what u want and are happy with it.
I recently got a Sectional from the Salem store. I checked Google reviews before calling them and to say I was a little more than nervous dealing with them after all the bad reviews they got on Google is an understatement. However I was pleasantly surprised. I called on a Tuesday my couch was delivered on friday. The couch was late however it ended up working in my favor. The two young gentleman that delivered the couch went above and beyond what they had to do in both me and my mother were pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service these 2 young gentlemen had. I knew going in it would be a high interest rate and I'm okay with that. What no one wants to mention in a bad review is they do give you 6 months to pay the same as cash price. Either way you're paying for the convenience it's getting a piece of furniture that's not fully paid for and I'm more than willing to pay the prices that they're asking.
Oscar was great when I made my purchase. It was quick and informative. Jacob and Jason beasted the sectional into my apartment with ease. All 3 were sweet and polite.
Be careful. The sales advisor was very dishonest and gave me the wrong item and still charged me. The workers are not bonded, and my expensive lighter that I have over ten years became missing after the workers left. I explained to management, and they laughed 😅 .
