The team at the Randallstown location of Enterprise is outstanding. I have rented with the Randallstown location for 18 years. Manny is at the top of his game. Garwin, Victoria and Nique are great assets in that location. Although the rest of the team has switched out, they are professional and knowledgable. They are truly my go to when I need to rent a vehicle!

Be aware when calling this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. I called with simple questions about rental deposits and vehicle types, and the manager Manny was rude and unhelpful. I attempted to have a conversation and he talked over me and it was unpleasant. I normally use the Owings Mills or Eldersburg locations because the customer service is much better there. Just wish it was easier to rent in my neighborhood instead of venturing out further because of NORMAL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I spoke with Manny , very unpleasant being!!!! If the manager is not good that says alot for the location!!!

Manny and his team are truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and valued. They are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth and great experience. Randallstown will definitely be my go-to for car rentals from now on!

The rental car was conveniently located near my home. The car was comfortable to drive. The staff members at Enterprise were very friendly and helpful. I had left accidentally left some important items in the car when I dropped the car off. A staff member called me to let me know that I had left the items in the car. I really appreciated the call and we went back to get to Enterprise to get the items.

The day I dropped my car at the collision center, Enterprise was there to pick me up and get me set with a rental immediately! The service agent was very nice and extremely professional. My rental car had a lot of gadgets and upgrades that my previous didn't have, the agent took the time to make sure I properly understood all of the features. It was a very easy and pleasant experience, and I absolutely would use this service again. I high recommend Enterprise!

Entreprise made me definitely in love with Chrysler and Nissan ❤️ 😍 💖. All employees have been friendly and considered my needs and worries. Big up Entreprise

This is a great rental company and location to rent a car from. They're very professional and accommodating. Manny, the manager of this location runs a very efficient team. Damon, the service tech was also very helpful driving me to the dealership to pick up my new car after I returnedmy rental. Also a thank you to Nick and the very joyful, Victoria. I had a great experience with Enterprise car rental at Randallstown office. Their staffs were equal to the task. They attended to me promptly each time I was there. They deals with customers with respect and courtesy. The car I got from them was neat and beautiful. I'm already referring my friends and family to Enterprise Rent-a-car. Thank you all.

I wanted to stop by and thank Shanay @ the location on Liberty Road. Her customer service and attention to detail is fabulous! She was kind and showed patience. Keep her on and bump her up to management. She deserves it. I'll let you all know how my delivery goes.

They have to be the stupidest group of grown men I have ever tried to deal with. We changed our mind on the furniture before we signed anything and gave over $100.00 for the couch and tables. I was told the last 3 weeks are refund takes 10 days. Today they called to get a payment from me and 1- i have no couch 2- we have no contract. They do not communicate and the manager never gets on the phone. No one has the same answer twice. A bunch of morons and lazy grown men. I a reaching out to corporate I am sure not all stores are this lazy.
