I was going to buy 2 mattresses and they didn’t want to give me information so another store where they serve me better will keep my money, The seller didn’t feel like attending

The selection was limited at the pocomoke location, so its basically take what you can get or look elsewhere. This was specifically problematic for the oven I rented. The eyes were all damaged in such a way that they slanted and made it hard to have sufficient distribution of heat. That said I was in a hurry after my initial oven broke beyond repair unexpectedly. I was able to get something last minute and receive it in a timely manner. I rented a washer and dryer as well. It was brand new and only needed service one time during the period I rented it. The staff in store could have been more attentive but no one was specifically rude or unprofessional. They worked with me when I needed them to regarding shifting automatic payments when I changed jobs and my paydates were no longer fixed. As well as when I faced economic hardship and had to delay payment to a later check. Overall I got what I needed and what I paid for.

Very poor customer service recently bought a lawn mower it stopped working within a couple of months called Raymond they picked it up and said I would have back soon here it is going on 3 months still do not have it don and quintavion and Raymond always say they will call back and never do I do not recommend this place do not waste your money with them you will definitely regret it now I’m looking at taking legal action

I was out of town on a family emergency and they refused to work with me. When I called they was very rude to me. I am telling all my family and friends not to rent from them. Horrible customer service.

Unfortunately i am a little upset at the fact that i paid off a decently new Maytag glass top washer ever since i have gotten the washer its been sent back for repairs multiple times for them to tell me that it is just change that is messing it up well after countless times of it messing up it finally kinda started working for a little while so great im OK well no i paid it off in February of 2016 and its now the 2nd of august 2016 and i had someone come out that i paid 65$ for service just to tell me what was wrong with it well come to find out the mother board is bad in it and the actuator is also bad and is claimed to cost me 400 after said and done to fix the washer very very pissed that i was sold junk that wouldn't last even a year after being paid off and that arrons could not do anything about it accept tell me i need to buy a new one...wrong i will never purchase something from aarons again thanks for costing me more money thiefs.
