Never had an issue with Aaron’s very good customer service they really work with you never had an issue with delivery every thing I received was in very good condition management team is awesome can’t complain about anything with Aaron’s will continue to get what I need from there!!!!

Extremely rude manager ! Don’t be one day late the manager jerry sturgis will have his employees stalk your house every day . Also that manager is very rude and ignorant when he calls you ! I would not recommend this location to anyone , especially with the manager they have there . Then the driver drops my tvs in the truck , which I’m sure he will blame us for that smh . This places is the worst place I’ve ever been to!!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous that I've been given the run around about my refund since December 17, 2022. DO NOT pay over the website for furniture, pay it in the store since they claim it's different than paying monies at the store level. I would make all payments to them in the form of cash because this is ridiculous. They are a huge company that should know how to expedite a customers money just as fast they receive it!! Spoke to Jason on December 29th and still nothing as of January 4, 2023 at 4:28pm!!

Very unprofessional I am a army vet in Mardela claims they came and knocked I have to huge dogs if they knocked and even pulled in or near my driveway they would’ve gone crazy would not recommend Beverly got the delivery took two days off delivery date on paper work was off. Just dont

They are terrible i had an awful experience. Apart from my furniture being in great condition. The manager is rude and they are always charging you more then what they should be rather you pay monthly or semi-monthly your getting cheated from your money!!
