Amazing service and price! I couldn't believe the deal for renting a recliner for a month. Kevin assisted us in the store and he was very personable and helpful. Austin delivered and Ontario picked up - they were both super careful going up and down 2 flights of stairs to not knick any walls or anything else. Like Kevin, they were also very friendly and efficient. Thank you all so much - you guys rock!

Hopefully this is the 7th street location. All staff members are nice, friendly and welcoming. I recommend 7th street RAC to everyone.

I had everythong set in stone amd paperwork signed to only receive a call August 13th that they werent sure how they were able to get my order in the system but they could only deliver one of the sets I wanted. My biweekly payment was in the approval range so not sure what happened. I make ove 50 an hour so i have no idea why it was the way it was. Dont have to worry about me coming back

I will not be using this location again! So upset with how our account was handled. In store I was told that our payments would be draw on the 11th and 26th from my account only to have them do it a day earlier. They stated the contracts we signed were for the day earlier. Also called in for assistance with the account and was told the manager would call be back did not happen. Just now I was called for the forst time regarding my payment and it was the last payment and they wouldnt refund even one of two late fee regarding this issue they maintain what they feel is theor right the manager called me sweetie on the phone whoch I find inappropriate as did the sales rep. Highly unprofessional location !!!do not use !!! Manager's name is Kaitlyn (Caitlyn) I have contact the resolution team someone is suppose to reach back out to me

I truly wanted to do business with this store! They had the living room set I wanted to buy, I had my down payment with me and I was ready to spend some money! Spending some money that day was not going to happen for 2 reasons. ~I was told that this location was no longer a part of the Rent-A-Center chain. As best I could understand the rental policy had changed. (I never did fully understand why that mattered) ~The main reason????~The sales people! My salesperson could only communicate in broken English and I do not understand Spanish. He tried to get the one other person working from the office to come out and assist me but that person wouldn't even look up from his desk. We are not lacking furniture stores in Frederick! Find another place to spend your hard earned money.
