I rented a couch and loveseat for Thanksgiving 2025 and paid for expedited delivery. I called a few days before it was supposed to arrive, to confirm delivery and was told by David that it wouldn’t be delivered on time due to staffing issues. I was livid because I paid for expedited shipping and ended up paying someone else over $200 to deliver it—something Aaron’s should have done. When I called customer service to request compensation, my complaint was completely ignored. The staff at the store—David, Anthony, and the front desk lady were pleasant and helpful, and they worked with me when I needed to return the furniture early due to financial hardship. The major issue is communication. Every time I called to arrange a pickup or return, it was an issue or the front desk lady never had any record of it, causing repeated reschedules and extra charges. While the in-store staff are great, this Aaron’s customer service for delivery, pickup and communication are horrible. I probably will never rent from this location again.

I would have gave a 5 but I have lost trust in them. Your WORD means everything. You don’t lie and tell a customer that you will and have ordered new chairs for my dining table because one was visible messed up. I wasn’t gonna go get the table because of the chair. I was told I would get you a new one. You told me what you wanted to at that time to make that sale. It’s wrong I pay my payments on time not one missed or late. I also referred a friend to you guys. My fiance went in to ask about the chairs 2 weeks later for him to be told the chairs would come Tuesday. It’s been another 2 weeks. No call no nothing. It’s wrong

My husband and I ordered furniture on the 3rd of march was told it would be delivered the 12th… no call or anything he called and they don’t even have a delivery date…. So of course after waiting a week for nothing and taking off from work because of the hours they operate we have to cancel it because had someone called the days off could’ve been switched but the lack of communication is unfortunate on their part

Just so unorganized.. no kind of phone etiquette. I was told I would get my furniture on a particular day.. now it's going to be 3 days later. I shouldn't have to keep calling the store trying to get updates as to what's going on with the furniture.. I think staff should have called me at least once to let me know what's going on with the furniture

I would have gave it more stars if the female there wasnt so cocky. Mr davis an aNTHONY are amazing but the girl use to be nice at first. Its to the point im ready to take my business else wear because of her attitude. Not to mention when i first got my firniture put together my mother fell out the chair because they want to half ass the pieces an take 3 weeks tp fix it

They lie and tell you they will deliver your furniture from “10-2” you call that day to make sure its on truck, get told anywhere between 10-4. Wait around allllll day for them to NEVER SHOW! They take your money an dont wanna deliver your furniture! Ridiculous and wouldnt recommend dealing with them!

Use to think highly of this place. Have spent 1000s with them. Bought a dryer. Worked ok for awhile. Call them on the phone I asked about the warranty that I was told that I had. I Was told that there is no Warranty. After I bought it I am responsible. What's the point of me paying it off and pay you all this extra money When you won't even Honor A warranty. Will be shopping someplace else from now on.

Horrible customer service. I pay my monthly bill every month. Never been behind. Every moth you get your money. Due to my pay structure I may not pay on the 1st of the month but I make sure it is paid before the due date of 15th. It’s due on the 1st but they give you to the 15th. Due to the constant turnover. I use to receive one call or I would call to give the exact date every month. Until they started charging me more. I would pay online but they said the online system doesn’t link up to the store. First issue I had. I paid online and they didn’t see the payment but I provided the information. Now a year in my contract I am told if I pay after the 1st They said I owe more than what I do and always try to make you pay more and claim the online system will make you pay the same. Welp that’s a lie! When you speak to one rep. You give them the information another rep call the next day asking you the same. I work in collections. I would never harassed ppl before they are late.. and I would make sure I take good notes. And if I called by mistake i wouldn’t be nasty. These ppl are nasty after you leave the store with the merchandise.. i refuse to deal with them anymore. They can find my payment online.
