They don't understand when my mom has an account and couldn't get what we want cause she wasn't in the car which my brother did it and I go in there and I can't get it

Wow if you leave on payment boy they are at your door take away or call you everyone five mins. But when you order something they are late don’t call you or anything. Being rude to you on the phone wow….I think we done with Rent a center
My experience started out pretty good with this store. After being told by a different location that the item I wanted just wasn't available and I'd have to get something else, the manager here assured me I just needed to order the item. He instructed me to arrive on Saturday and that they would be open until 7pm. It is currently 3:30pm on Saturday. I drove all the way to this location to order my furniture and the doors are locked up tight, despite the sign on the door saying they are open today until 7pm. Pretty disappointed that I wasted a trip all the way out here for nothing.
i had been a customer for years. On 6/17/13 they delivered a couch to me that was infested with bed bugs. I had to have my whole house exterminated, which rentacenter did pay for, however they did nothing else.
