My experience with this store has been extremely disappointing, and I want to be very clear: the customer service here is completely unacceptable. The staff at this location show little to no willingness to help customers, especially those going through real-life hardships. Instead of offering empathy, understanding, or even basic professionalism, they give off an attitude that makes customers feel like they are a burden for simply asking for support. What’s even more troubling is that during difficult periods such as government shutdowns when people are genuinely struggling and dealing with financial uncertainty through no fault of their own, this store does absolutely nothing to make the situation easier. They show no flexibility, no compassion, and no interest in understanding what customers are dealing with. A business should want to work with people, especially during times of crisis, but this store acts like life circumstances don’t matter at all. Customer service is supposed to be about helping people, not shutting them down with cold, dismissive behavior. The staff at this location seem more focused on enforcing rigid policies than actually providing solutions or support. There is no effort to accommodate customers, no attempt to listen, and no sense of urgency to do what’s right. Instead, the overall environment feels unwelcoming, uncaring, and completely out of touch with the reality that people face today. It is extremely disappointing to see a store that relies on customer loyalty show so little respect for the very people who keep them in business. When someone is dealing with hardship, the least a store can do is show understanding, but this location has failed in every possible way. Their inability to provide meaningful customer service especially during critical and stressful moments shows a serious problem in their management, training, and overall values. This store needs major improvement. They need better training, better leadership, and above all, a better understanding of how to treat people. Until they learn how to provide real customer service with compassion and respect, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

Debbie was so amazing she had great customer service. Her attention to detail was amazing started the call with peace of mind. I ended the call with peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this location, especially if Debbie is helping you.

Not too sure why there are any bad reviews, but my experience with them is beyond what I expected. They allowed me to lease three items even though I'm sure whatever they check. I wasn't worthy enough, but they trusted me anyway I appreciate them for that. They also helped me combine two of my items so that way I can have all four items that I wanted and I really appreciate them for that. The delivery guys were funny and definitely entertaining and yes, they put your items together for you . They got up every single piece of furniture, even with how my staircase is built . Their attitudes have always been right with me even with me being late sometimes lol. As long as you pay them on time, you won't get the 50 million calls. They're just doing their job and I love them. Thank you, Aarons:)

Mr. Mark & Ms. Deborah are AMAZING! Mr. Mark delivered my furniture all by himself and he made sure he was careful with everything in my home. He was professional, explained all of the paperwork, was very pleasant and his energy was contagious because while he was in my home he was very friendly and actually smiled! He is great. Ms. Deborah at the Glen Burnie, MD store is also fantastic! I’ve been in the store and have spoken with her on the phone; she too is amazingly professional and gained my trust right away because she ASSURED me she would help me and that I would be pleased. She did not disappoint me, with people like them, which is EXTREMELY RARE these days, I believe Aaron’s hit the jackpot. I’ll continue to be a customer here.

Ordered a bedroom set a few weeks ago. Got a call Thursday to schedule delivery for Monday. I didn’t realize I would have to be home for delivery and they said I had to be the one present since I ordered it. Told the woman on the phone that I was going to try to get off work but she said if I couldn’t then I could come in and sign the paperwork for delivery ahead of time. She asked if I had a boxspring which I did not so she said she would call around other stores to see if they had any in stock for delivery or would order one for me, but she would call me back. Never got a call. I was able to take off work today for delivery. I call first at 10am when they open to get a time frame for delivery. I’m told my delivery isn’t coming today because I didn’t come in to sign when I told her I was going to try to get the day off. She mentioned the box spring was ordered but I never received a call about it or told how much it would cost, payment plans, etc. very dissatisfied with customer service. Store will not answer the phone to schedule delivery on my furniture. Corporate has been contacted.
