Went purchased a air fryer . Ended up with a stove they thew in the air fryer free. But asked if I paid off early would I save money on fees and was told yes but only to find out after signing contract that I was locked in to all the interest that would occur no matter if I paid it off early or not. . air fryer was a good deal but not being told the truth about the contract I signed was not cool.

Would give zero stars if possible...I purchased a washing machine online from Winnfield IN FULL ($457.99 total online price...eventually had to pay an extra $75 but still no appliance received) on June 12. Today is August 8, and to this date I have been offered an excuse every week as to why I still have no washing machine. I have spoken with the manager (Brian) multiple times and every conversation I was promised "in a few more days" or "early next week". I tried to give the store the benefit of the doubt since a lot of retailers have had shipping delays due to COVID. However I was also led to believe I would be receiving the exact washer I had purchased online. Finally 3 days ago after no one in Winnfield store answered, I called Ruston to see if their store could send me a machine...I am a local nurse working with COVID patients and desperately need to have my washer. The manager in Ruston was very helpful and said Brian was out for the week and she was very apologetic that I had waited for so long. So I got a phone call from yet another associate at the Winnfield store who assured me I would get my washer delivered in a few days. But to add insult to injury, I would have to pay an additional $75 for an upgraded model because they can't provide the exact model i purchased online. Now today, which was supposed TO FINALLY be the day I get my washing machine, I am told (at the store's closing time) that once again they can't deliver my machine until Monday. If this is how they treat customers who pay for products in full in advance, I cant imagine financing anything from them. Please don't spend your hard earned money here...I known I won't make this mistake again!!!

Horrid. I am a preferred customer and I am so disappointed in the way I was treated. I went to purchase a bedroom set and no one knew who I was and was treated like a crack head on the street. I have furnished my home with furnishings from the Winnfield store. Absolutely clueless personnel. Never will I deal with this most inept business. So sorry at the decline of responsible sales persons. Anna Lynn Ashley
