Just go to Arron's there's a reason their reviews are much better. You will unknowingly thank me later. Or even superior rent to own. It's starts with customer service. Guess they just hire anybody. Their store metrics are the only thing they care about. They absolutley want you to fail on youre payments. They do not want people who consistantly pay off their product.dont know how the district manager put in 2 resolutions with customer service without ever speaking to me. Thats wild.4 escalations still never had a conversation with him. Customer service called him many times left voicemails no calls. Customer service calls the store the store instantly gets ahold of him still never talked to us. Even with us using customer service as an intermediary with him never got a call

This is absolutely ridiculous I have now had all 3 locations kenner, Laplace and Westwego lie to my face for absolutely no reason this all started about a year ago when we tried to get speakers that were on sale online and they tried to tell us they were broken we told them we want our speaker after going through and having to escalate it up to finally get the speaker they came in a brand new box never opened.(Laplace location) So we paided them off and transferred stores trying to avoid the problem all together well turns out the store manager at Laplace got transferred to the kenner store. About 3 weeks ago we went to the Kenner store to get our computer at first it was they didn't have all 3 pieces for the set up so we said we would just take the computer and reduce the price since it didn't have everything then they said the computer was broke so I drove to the Westwego location where it was at and this one amazing lady helped me! Shout out to her cause she has been the only easy one to work with! I walked out with the computer. But the payment are wrong so I had to call today and the lady straight lied to my face again saying that Waylon (DM) was on vacation Friday but he called me from the office Friday. Nothing but lies from every location I don't understand why people can't just do there job and honor what your company offers!

My scheduled delivery did not come in time. I have no food my children are starving and using the same dirty clothes. You don’t know how bad a family needs a FRIDGE washer and dryer. I’m upset!!!

Well, my experiences that I called one store and ordered everything and did it online and the lady never got back to me and she was really horrible like she hated her job. She says that I need to go to the Chef Mentor store so I called them they pull up my order. I was expecting my TV last Thursday. I mean last Wednesdayand I still haven’t heard from anybody and I missed the party because of y’all. I was waiting on a manager to call me back never heard anything

She was nice to me and my kids but I hope the price she said it would drop is right if I make on time payment because she said 900$ and this things say 1600 $ to payout. This my first time doing a payment on anything so I’ll see how it go and she was nice so this should workout thanks for the help. Ms. Samiia
