* now its been awhile i have to update. I have bought several items couch, 2 chairs, washer/dryer, fridge and kitchen table. They forgot to do same as cash on fridge. Took me calling couple times to fix it. Couch internals broke about 2 months into it. Fixed it. 6 months later the recliner breaks. They fail to show up that scheduled monday. You have manage them in order to get things done. Their customer service is great. been a customer for 3 weeks now. My first review, I was really unhappy due to feel like I was bugging about a couch that I wanted, and yeah, I feel like they went above and beyond

Just a disclaimer my account was due for the current month, meaning I missed my due date to make my payment. When it comes to their collections tactics they are extremely aggressive! I notified them that I was not in town you know what they decided to do? They decided to appear at my residence. The Asst MG Jason had a weapon in his hand when he approached my door ( I saw him on my cameras) my mother answered the door & notified them that I was not home, so they called the cops. & then when my mother attempted to leave the women that was accompaning the Asst MG called her self blocking off my driveway with her body … how crazy can you be to put yourself in harms way over some appliances. I then decided to just return the merchandise after speaking with the District MG Mike ( who was no help) & cut ties with t company in it’s entirety b/c I’m not dealing with that just over some appliances. I reached out to the store this morning to schedule a pick up & the Store MG Richard stated that he didn’t care who I spoke to & that if I don’t be home to return the merchandise before the end of the month, that it was my problem & I would have to figure it out. Again … how come I’m more professional than the manager of the store… crazy. He began to try to argue with me over the phone which is extremely inappropriate for a MG; so I hung up. I reached out to the Lafayette,La location to schedule the return of merchandise instead. They Store MG Lisa was helpful. You will never keep business behaving the way that they do. Also when you call the corporate number no one never responds or returns your call… what kind of establishment do y’all have going on?!

They are ok. Joel is number one sometimes. Lol I've been with them in the past. We had a hard start but it worked out. If you come into a bind just call and ask them to pick up the item are items. It's simple. I've did it. Well I've learned to do it. Im back with them after seven less are more years. The new girls seem to be Ok. The delivery guys are hard workers. They need to be appreciated more. They face the rain, cold, and heat to get the customer items out on time. Well that's about it for me. I've seen some good ones go. And some bad ones stay.
