Some of the most friendly people you'll ever meet. Ask for Doug, or Mrs. Alma tell them what you're looking for and they will do everything possible to help you.
It really does depend on who the sales staff and financial department manager is for the day. One over sells a product the other can't seem to deliver the financing. Having had to go pay off appliances that their current customers have sold me privately, I was not impressed. I wanted to pay off the balance. Financing wanted the appliance brought back in and then have me pay it off with an additional fee. All because I wasn't an existing rental customer. Took alot of negotiations and the rental customer coming in to had over the pay off from my hand to the finance managers hand, even though we are all standing at the same counter
