My parents did business with this company for years. After we finished paying for a washing machine, it broke. When we called for a replacement, they gave us a smaller machine instead. We were told the original washer would be fixed, but it has now been four months and it still hasn’t been repaired. The replacement washer also started having problems. When we called again, they sent another washer that was infested with roaches. That is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Poor service, long delays, and no concern for customer health or satisfaction.

I went in there to purchase a Mattress and the salesman was nice but kept telling me about a mattress that was on sale as if that's what I came to get. I knew nothing about a sale I just wanted a good mattress. They didnt have any of the mattress that he kept talking about🙄 and the so say good mattress he was talking about them as if I couldnt afford it or wouldnt pay the price for it. Mattresses are standing in the back how can I even get the feel of what I'm spending my money on. It was almost closing time I get it but it wasnt good service. Then he took my info down as if he was go give me a call about further discussing the mattresses. I'm still waiting on that call.. I'll take my business to the people that have the time and patience to show you a mattress and let u get the feel of it. This was in February

I shopped here a few years ago when they were in the village on main st and after having a bad experience with kmart trying to get a deep freezer. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The lady that waited on me was awesome. She answered all my questions and got me in and out. I definitely recommend them for all furniture deliveries. The guys that delivered were even great and friendly.

They have always done me right for the past 8 years. I've bought 5 things from them. They always made me feel at home whenever I'd go in. They're not pushy sales people either. Will sill do business with them in future. Ask for Lisa
