Currently renting an item from here . I'm aware I'm late I have no problem admitting that but the rudeness the million calls a day the aggressive way they try to collect is unbelievable the GM is probably the rudest person I've ever had to communicate with cutting me off while trying to to ask the amount I need to pay saying things he shouldn't say to a customer he wants their payment from ill gladly speak with any of the employees but I refuse to talk to the GM idk how he is still even employed there if that's how he talks to his customers

I just came in for a ps5 at the bayou vista la store,the process was long and on top of poor service. Not only was the console over priced for its model but was missing the main accessorys key to operating the system yet continued to over price the merchandise even while missing items part of the bundle. Very unprofessional and trash service!!

I've had family members go there and the service is very rude and they overcharge people. We've tried to contact them about the issue and they refuse to give the difference back from when they took more money than they should have. Definitely recommend superior or one of the other places around.

This store needs staff training on customer service. My boyfriend purchased a stove for his son. We were initially not going to be given any proof of purchase for him to give when going to pick it up. Since it was a final purchase, they do not offer free delivery so it would have cost 75 dollars to deliver. When his son got there within a couple of hours to pick the stove up and showed a man the receipt for pickup the man responded with I didnt sell no stove and proceeded to find out who sold a f-ing stove. He had to get a dolly and load the stove alone as no one there was willing to help aside from pointing to the stove. I have used Aaron's in the past with no problems but after this experience I am sorry he had to go through that and will never use them again.

Customer service should be the #1priority in a job such as this. In most cases it is but at this particular location it is definitely put behind all other store operations. From top to bottom these ppl are rude at this location. They are also not knowledgeable on current promotions which is the cause of losing a customer of 10 years today! ****Very very very rude employees and lack of communication within the office.
