Really worth ZERO stars. This place is the biggest scam you could ever come across. I will never forget how I rented to own a bed and mattress from them and my full balance was around 2,300 and in my account it also showed when I would be done paying that off after I made my last payment and went to check my balance it said I had 1,300 dollars left before it was paid off I told them they could come and get it and constantly gave them what days I would be home for them to come get it cuz I was working as well they came everyday I wasn’t home then tried to send city Marshals to my house as if I was trying to steal from them. As if they didn’t just try to scam me. After they finally got the bed and mattress they contacted me asking if I wanted to put the money I paid for the bed towards another item in their store BASICALLY to start another scam of Rent to Own. Disgusting business!

I went online and very excited to find lease a washer and dryer. I spoke to someone whom I provided all of my information to. I picked a delivery day and time and made sure I had someone at my home to receive the delivery since I would be at work. No one ever showed up. I called that same day and was told I may have talked to someone at the home office because they didn't have anything on file for me at the local office. So again, I provided all of my information and was told the washer and dryer I chose wasn't even available. I was frustrated but chose another washer and dryer and was told someone would call me in a few hours to set up delivery for the new washer and dryer. Someone called me back and again this person wanted me to provide my information again. Very frustrated and disappointed in the lack of communication, I opted to just cancel the order and have my $25 down payment refunded. There is no reason why I should have to provide all of my information 4 times because they were not saving my information or not communicating with each other. Once was online, once with a rep from the home office, and 2 times to the local office.

I absolutely LOVE YOU GUYS!! I’ve been with you all for 5 years now. I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem. 5/8/2024 today will be my last payment on my last item. I really do appreciate you guys patience and understanding over the pass few years!!!

The store seemed a bit slow for the noon rush hour. I like to peek in the store every now and then to see what decor is in season and to buy cash items. The manager Sharon was very informative and helpful. And this is the information I received. Four references are needed(2 must be immediate relatives). They call to verify employment so no pay stubs are needed at the time of purchase and the payment schedule is either weekly, biweekly or monthly. The price points are still the same as they’ve always been with around 5 years to pay off most major items.
