This rac is terrible!!!! Very shady and unprofessional. They took my payment(never got a refund) then canceled my my order when I called about it. Then just said I would need to make an additional payment if I want the product that I never got in the first place. Then I got a call from them asking for a payment for a product I never got !!!!

I think that RAC Is very unprofessional.First of all they broke my furniture to begin with as they brought it into my home The legs and drawers to my dresser.Been promise me they was going to bring me another one back! A week or two go by .I call them up about my replacement.So then they say that they don't have it in their warehouse.They have to order one from another State.Now months going by .I still up to today DNT have my dresser.Then he told me I can come in and pick another bedroom set.So I go two weeks ago and pick one .He didn't tell me it was for someone else.What he told me is it would be delivered that Thursday or Friday.I don't have that bedroom set either.Then two months ago I told him I want to payments on my payday to payday.So he said the only way He could do that is .That I would have to pay a 100.00 to get my payment to my.Payday to payday.Still today they take payment 4 days before my payday and they take on my payday 4 days later they're double dipping. I had to call twice about thisThey take my money out my account before My payday.When I paid a 100.00 and they still took on my payday as well . double dipping...I call them about that.And he said that he was taking the automatic payment off.. evidently he didn't because it's still took out my bank account up to this day and on my payday . Something have to be done about this. I am a hard-working woman and I do not need Rent-A-Center double dipping in my money I'm paying for furniture that is ruined since day one that they bought in my home. I have no satisfaction with Rent-A-Center since day one The workers broke my furniture the legs on my dresser the drawers on my dresser they promised me another one is going on 5 months now and I don't have it they promised me a new bedroom set told me to come pick one out two weeks ago I've been waiting on it I called them about it.Today !he said he's going to deliver it .Now he say he looking for one. someone have that bedroom set that I went to the store personally and picked out I need help with these people. Please help I'm being lied to robbed and left were broken furniture. And double dipping in my bank account.. What do I do!!

I ordered a three piece couch set and it’s been almost a month but still haven’t got my couch. Cyril is the WORST manager I’ve ever dealt with. I literally walked in the rain to go there & told him can I either get it delivered today or I want my money back but was told I would get an email when it was reimbursed & I told him I would want the proof (invoice) but then was told district manager would reimburse me & I would get a call to explain what I’ve dealt with & still haven’t received a call. As a manager you should want to give great service & be respectful but no he literally yelled at me and my fiancé which we are both girls and made a comment (i don't care that y'all are females & i don't care about this job , that no one can tell or make me do something) I’m sorry but I don’t understand how he still has his job. He is very rude & very disrespectful. My mom & my fiancés mom are getting an attorney involved because I’ve done paid almost $100 but yet he can not be a man and deliver & doesn’t care how he speaks to you. He would basically just say I will give you a call when I find things out but yet never called & it took me to walk in the store to figure out what was going on. Still no money back & still no couch. I will never & i mean never use rent a center again & this is definitely not over with. Cyril you will get your karma. DO NOT go to this rent a center would definitely not recommend unless you want to be screwed over.

It has been the worst experience. First, they broke my stove upon delivering the washer&dryer I got from the store. The stove had been broken for a month before replacing it, to only then drop the replacement off to me leaving me to clean the problem they caused. It took another four weeks to have someone remove the broken stove , insert the new one, and dump the broken after. During that entire two month period the workers at the location harassed me for payments. I told them that I would have to call cooperate because if the unprofessional and deliberate uncaring behaviors. My landlord has not know about the situation mainly because I didn’t want the entire management getting involved with a situation that was a mistake upon delivery. The workers did not care about all that I had been going through leaving me to settle everything through cooperate.

Delivered dryer never tested it before they left , took 6 months for them to finally get someone out to look at it. They had given us a broken dryer even though it was supposed to be brand new. Over charged our cards multiple times and their customer service is non existent. Didn't fix anything till we threatened to get our lawyer involved when we spoke to their corporate mangers.
