If you’re looking for a new appliance or furniture, I highly recommend coming here and seeing Brandon. He was very knowledgeable in the pros and cons of the brands which helped me out tremendously. I’d definitely come here again for any future purchases.

I only wish I could give zero stars if I could!! I’ve never heard of purchasing a bedroom set and not having the bed rails included and then trying to make me pay separately for them after the sailsperson said they forgot to add them!!!!! I no longer want this bedroom set, and the management have the nerve to tell me that I only have two options and that’s to pick out another set or exchange, but that I cannot have my money back!!!! How the hell can a company tell me what I can do with my OWN money!!! I think I’ll be seeking legal advice on this matter!!!!

I have a washer snd dryer through them, it was amazing on getting everything set up and all. To talk to someone about the payments on the phone today, some how the app and what they see on their end is not showing the same, the man I talked to today was rude. Hung up on me while I was talking. He was on speaker phone and I was still talking to him and he hung up. I called back to tell him and he said he didn't hang up and he didn't push a button. So when this phone called ended I didn't even have my phone in my hand and he still hung up me after the 2md time I called. I'm not the person to be rude to someone but that is not professionalism to hang up on people and to have an attitude with them. If it would be for better employees that treated their customers with respect I would get more through them.

I’m only giving this place 1 star, only because the sales representative that worked with me was pleasant when helping me with my order. Other than that, this place and the rest of the company apparently has the wrong idea of what Customer Service is. After setting an initial set date and time when the merchandise that I paid for would be delivered, it never came. Aaron’s doesn’t have the courtesy to give their customers a call to let them know that something has come up and they’ll need to reschedule the delivery. Not only that these guys can’t even pass a simple inspection to get on a military installation to deliver to soldiers’ homes. If you offer a delivery service, make sure your affairs are in order to do so. And as for Dakota, the “Sales Manager”, catching an attitude with your customers because they’re concerned about the whereabouts of merchandise that they’ve already paid for is not how you conduct business. And that’s most certainly not how you start off a business relationship with a new customer at your store. Your customers expect the best from you, so you need to provide that whether you want to do your job or not. I will tell everyone that you guys aren’t giving your customers their merchandise that they’ve paid for.
