I rented a twin bunk bed and mattress I did the 30 day for a dollar deal I didn't receive any thing until it was time to pay the full amount the first time they delivered they brought a full size twin size bunk bed with two full size mattress three weeks go by and the second time they bought a full size full size bunk with two twin size mattress I kept the mattresses and paid the first note on the mattresses and the washing machine however I waited another 3 weeks to get the new bunk bed frame twin size twin size finally I got a new frame from Walmart for $80 I paid the next note on the mattresses and washing machine the next week I checked my app and they had taken the mattresses off of the app and wouldn't allow me to pay for them anymore but they left the bunk bed frame on my account and the washing machine which I've continuously been paying now it's been another month since they were supposed to pick up the the bunk bed frame I finally set today for the to be able to get them to come out I seriously urge you not to go to the store in this location do not deal with them they're horrible salesman and they will mess you over they basically use me as a storage unit for their bunk bed after I told him come get it within the first month after this post everything was cleared up thank you Arron's

I rented a mattresses but soon realized I no longer needed it about a week later. I call them to come pick it up, and all they said was that the manager will call me back . I called back like three times for them to come pick it up and they just say the manager will call back to arrange a date. My question is why didn't they just arrange it when I called? This was in May and the mattress is still in my house. I'm not sure what the motive is but I'm not in the business of stealing rental furniture. I think it was a bad business practice and an attempt to frame an incident. I will have the mattress sent back but I have learned my lesson dealing with them.

I've dealt with Aaron's for years, paid a lot of stuff off and am now a Gold Card Member. The staff at the Houma,La. store are the best, very friendly and courteous, still do business with them, refuse to go anyplace else.

I put my order in September 7th for my washer and dryer. I was told it would be delivered in 7 days and Aaron’s would contact me. They have yet to contact me, it is September 22nd and I’m running out of clean clothes to wear lol. I will not ever go through Arron’s for anything else once this is paid off.

Ordered living room set. Over a month and a half ago. Still haven’t received but they are wanting a monthly payment for something I don’t even have in my possession yet. I called twice and each time I get told that they will be calling me the next day to arrange delivery. I have yet to receive a call or even type of communication regarding delivery. Yet, they still expect a payment from me.
