I'm writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I've received from your Gretna location. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer needs I've experienced is simply unacceptable. On May 16th, I was scheduled for rotator cuff surgery and rented a recliner to aid in my recovery. Despite being promised a delivery window of 1-3 PM, the recliner didn't arrive until 8:30 PM. This delay caused significant stress on the eve of my surgery. Even more concerning was the scheduled pickup yesterday between 6-8 PM. Not only did no one show up, but there was also no communication about any delays. I called the store three times today, and each time my calls were ignored. This lack of reliability and communication is unacceptable for any business. As a paying customer, I expect timely service and, at the very least, to be informed of any changes or delays. I urge you to address these serious issues immediately. Your customers deserve better, and I hope you'll take the necessary steps to improve your service quality and communication and look forward to hearing how Renter Center plan to rectify this matter
Joseph is more than helpful! He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me walking me thru everything I needed. He was polite, professional, courteous and most importantly kind. I would absolutely recommend this location and working with Joseph specifically!
Edited to add: I've spoken with Miss Geneva and was made aware of some things. After our conversation I feel that my 1 star should be revised. My table is scheduled to be picked up and we're on good terms! I've tried for a month to get a table picked up. I've been extremely patient. Tried to call 2 times yesterday and was told I would receive a call back. Today I've tried 2 times as well only for the phone to ring until it disconnects me.
0 stars would be the best rating for this store. This store has to have the worst manager in America. She has poor people management skills, I've heard this woman talking to her employees like they were her children. Disrespecting Grown working adults like they aren't human first. Since I've been a customer the employee turnover has been ridiculous. Every few months there's new staff, someone is always quitting. With so many staff changes and her being the only one that remains, I could only imagine the horrible work environment she creates. She's been lying to me the whole time of my agreement telling me that my early purchase option price was the remaining balance. I called to make my final payment and the guy informed me that I had $500 more dollars than what she had been telling me. I called for almost 2 weeks to speak to her, some days I would hear her in the background telling the guy on the phone to tell me she'll reach out to me and she never did. When I finally get her on the phone she tells me they shouldn't have been telling me that and they were miscommunicating with me when I clearly heard her multiple times tell them to say that. She tells me that they lied about my price and that the one she told me was accurate. I tried to make the payment she tells me that the pay out system doesn't work. I made another payment and on my receipt I see that the price she told me had expired months before. This is horrible business practices and someone like that should NEVER be in ANY management position. I will be going public with a lawsuit to expose this if this woman continues to stay in that position... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS
I wish I could give 0 stars this is a warning I just tried to rent from these guys the person I was with was forced to co sign even though we said I only wanted to be the paper work. Was told I couldn’t use lease to verify landlord and was getting told they was too busy to call my landlord or get in touch with him. I feel as if we was being judged as soon as we walked in the door because we was hot sweating and little dirty from working on our house. WARNING EVERYONE I REALLY THINK I WAS OVER CHARGERED AS WELL!!!!! The man who picks up the phone might as well find a new job cause all he says is I will call you back but NEVER CALLS BACK!!!! I don’t like my own black when it comes to actual business because the be overly proud about their position to handle anything professionally STORE MANAGER needs to manage something like McDonald’s because I’m tooo unsatisfied 😥
