The General manager named Charity….. extremely unprofessional. She is very aggressive when it comes sales and god forbid any happens in your life where your payment is a second late, then she harasses while speaking to you like your her child. She uses vulgarity and rude side-comments with her customers. Something needs to be done with her because it is getting out of hand.

Not sure which store sent that thick white lady who was rude, but y'all need better customers service. I understand I missed a payment, maybe a couple but times been hard. But if I tell you I don't get paid till Saturday how can I pay you today. Come get y'all stuff, y'all would have gotten paid if that lady wasn't so rude. Id rather find a nice washer and dryer on Facebook than deal with that rude lady who comes to collect. Didn't catch her name but she was very rude Update, called the store turns out that lady was the general manager. Ma'am you're rude, I will no longer do business with y'all! But the older woman who answered the phone was very sweet. Sucks she has to work with someone like that.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and blatant liars. Keep me at home all day just to not deliver my item then go and give me an attitude for me being upset. At this point I’d rather use garbage rent a center than these clowns. And the home office just says file a complaint with our 800 number instead of trying to save a sale they simply don’t care. Gross disgusting behavior and service. I hope they go out of business

I think Charity needs to learn how to communicate with people because you never know what a person is going through so over talking and not trying to listen to understand is horrible. After so many mistakes I was still nice however I didn’t get the same compassion. The only person that was actually helpful was Donavon

To whom it concerns , the lady Charity working at Aaron’s this morning 11-22-25 needs to check her attitude before calling anyone. A simple mistake happen on yesterday with my account but I had no idea till she called and spoke with my daughter 25 minutes ago . Instead of trying to see where the issue occurred she tried demanding things . That doesn’t work with me. When I called back to let her know the issue and to correct her she proceeds to inform me that I was being recorded,so was she from the first call to this call. Please don’t be disrespectful it’s not a good thing at all. There’s no way you’re representing a business with that nasty attitude. Do not think it was paid because you tried demanding it. The payment wasn’t taken out the account yesterday at 4 when I did it after talking with Donovan 11/21/25 around 12 . So next time be mindful of how you talk with anyone . I have never had an issue with this store till today with you. I can clearly take my business somewhere else.In all the 5-6 years I have been with you guys I have never dealt with ignorance like that . Again be mindful and stop thinking the worse about people .
