I have had great customer service at this location. The staff is awesome , very friendly and attentive to your needs . Miss Alice in particular is the best . Very sweet sales associate. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Rented a stove and fridge from them. The stove randomly stopped working but after letting them know about it multiple times, I had to keep paying on the stove for over a month. I stopped paying them all together and they "expired" my contract. That's fine!! I don't want to pay for broken appliances anyway. And your representatives need to work on customer service skills.
Half the items are "used" meaning there's cigarette burns, stains, scratches, holes, and torn items. I bought a "brand new" sofa set. My loveseat had a nail sticking out that you could feel if you clean the sofa. My 5 year old son sat down too hard, and the spring broke. Tried to fix it, and when I pulled back the bottom it had been reupholstered by an obvious idiot. Someone used hot glue and stables to fix it. I bought a new sofa set. I didn't buy used for that very reason. I also waited 4 months to have a mattress cover delivered to me. Was never brought so I just paid it all off to be done with these people. Never again!!!
