Terrible service from the store manage. He was rude after they messed up my order and didn’t give me notice until an hour before my deliver up was scheduled. Called to get information on what needed to be done to fix it and he hung up in my face 3 times. Asked for his name to file a complaint and he hung up in my face again. With these things amongst others he did and said I had to get my lawyer involved to file a lawsuit. One of the worst experiences in my life
Went to this location on Black Friday to pick up a tv. About 2 weeks later the tv started giving us problems. Display has a thick line at the top but comes and goes. We have called and they never return our calls. Claim they’ll help but never do. Says it’s our problem! We just want to return it and stop paying on it! 12/17/25 Glen helped my husband and I out. He came to check the tv out himself and brought it back to the store. Thank you for listening to us and understanding.
The store manager should be fired for his lack of customer service. They told me why I'm being a pain when I asked him why he just charged my credit card two payments. He told me that on Wednesday they will charge two payments. Well, it was a Tuesday, and then he hung up on me. Covington, LA
Added extra fees and gave me a second hand dry "new" Edit- district manager is great. The manager of this location is shady be careful. He will say 1 thing and do something else. I was 1 day past due while trying to get all the fees knocked off, and the manager Altron decided to send the truck to my house to repo it or maybe scare me? I ended up arguing with the manager on the truck drivers phone for 20 minutes over payments. Same as cash is not the same. I've got all kinds of recorded calls between myself and rent a center to back up my claims
Oh my GOD the Store manager is BEYOND rude , I had a medical emergency with one of my children resulting in me not being able to make a payment on the items I was leasing He sent his workers to my home WHILE I was in the hospital with my child , fast forward to two weeks later he didn’t call or anything and they still came out to my home waking me and my children up because he couldn’t wait until I got payed to make a payment , I told them I wanted to return a fridge i was leasing and it took them 2 weeks to come get the fridge but im the problem ? He also was told i wanted to return other items and harassed me about that as well when it came down the the day it was supposed to be returned I received a call @ 9 am that morning asking if I would be available for return the following day i agreed and had to call off work BECAUSE they pushed the time back to later in the day i do not recommend this store to Anyone tried to call and make a payment for another item I have however asked to speak to someone else as I don’t want to deal with him and He hung up in my face ! Extremely rude and unprofessional!!! I don’t see how he is still a store manager . If you don’t like the job you have maybe retail isn’t for you !
