Mr. Tyler and Mrs. Rosetta showed excellent customer service. Went over and beyond for a great customer experience. Would recommend them to anyone!!!

It's a good store. People are helpful and friendly. Delivery crew was awesome. Wide selection yo choose from. I have them 4 stars instead of 5 due to the prices being a little high in my opinion.

Visited the bossier location to see what options I had on a couple of appliances. I was greeted nicely and that’s pretty much where that ended. I have never been through the process of renting to own appliances so I have very little knowledge as to what I was doing. I was prompted to fill out an application to see what “leasing power” I had. Then I was informed something was 145 and that I could take a look around and they would be with me once they finished up with the other customer. I was approached by an employee that started explaining that certain ones where 18-24 months lease. I stated again I don’t really I understand that and what I was interested in asked if a specific price was for the piece or set. Was told no there was one in the corner and I’ll let you keep looking. It discouraged me to the point I just walked out as I didn’t want to seem ignorant to what was available but I stated I had no understanding. Would not recommend to first timers. I guess I try my luck at rent a center.

They did me and my husband wrong. We picked out a new furniture set paid a month down. They told us the furniture will be delivered Friday and they gonna call my husband and try to get him to get a used furniture set after we done paid an whole month down. We are very upset and yes they really deserve no stars from us. A very bad experience with Aaron's a very bad taste in our mouths we don't recommend them to NOBODY!!

This store is absolute TRASH! I bought a dryer from.the 6 months ago and it's been nothing but trouble. They've had to COME.get it 3x to "fix" it and they keep sending it back STILL NOT WORKING! I paid the damn thing.off in October and was just informed that I was "On my owm" now because it was paid off. After keeping if.for almost 2 weeks this time.they brought it back on Saturday and guess what IT STILL DOESN'T WORK RIGHT!! FYI The 2 females (KiKi and Tarsha) they have answering the phone are just a joke!!!
