I have never been to a store where the representatives and managers were so dismissive and lacked empathy in interest of a Customer first of all I came into the store to sign some papers digital, which I could’ve done over the phone in 15 minutes, instead I drove an hour and 15 minutes for 5 minutes of doing what I could’ve done over the phone to me that was just nothing but a waste of time. Secondly, they claim same-day or next day service delivery well that’s laughable because my home is exactly one mile from the store, they claimed that my furniture was in a box and could not be delivered until the following Monday because they said, they had a list of customers they told when their furniture would be delivered “ I have never heard of anything so preposterous “ there’s always a window of time ex:8-12, 4-8 so I have been always told. They did deliver the furniture the next Monday ;however, get this they left the boxes all outside on my front yard. I don’t know what has happened to Customer Service, but Aaron’s has derailed any type of relationship I would ever have with a store in Bogalusa or any other Aaron’s furniture store. If you deal with Aaron’s all I can say is best of luck!!!!! To me they nothing but a Joke🃏🃏🃏🃏🃏🃏

Working with the staff at Aaron's in Bogalusa is awesome. The people are so nice and helpful. I got what I needed and the delivery guys were just a sweet and professional. Keep up the good work Aaron's. I will be back

This place has made it a bad experience to rent anything being it was my first time renting anything. I picked out what I wanted & couldn't be home for a delivery so a date hadn't been made. So they sell/rent MY bedroom set to someone else, even though I done paid a month on it. We'll then the manager decided to order a brand new bedroom set (which I absolutely hate) and so I dealt with it. However, I wouldn't recommend this store in this town. It was really the most horrible experience I've had in a long time.

The staff is willing to go the extra mile for you and make sure you get exactly what you want. The delivery guys, Bernell and Ernell works so good together. Very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Again, Rod, Sean and Tamika in the store are very respectful, helpful and do such a wonderful job. Absolutely love them!!!!
