The initial process of purchasing from Rent-A-Center in Baker was seamless. However, once it came time to make payments, we began receiving frequent and aggressive reminders. The manager even suggested that if we couldn’t afford the items, we shouldn’t have purchased them—insensitive considering our circumstances. Our air conditioning unit broke unexpectedly, costing us $5,000, and my husband’s mother underwent emergency surgery, which further caused issues. Despite these challenges, we are only about $300 away from fully paying off our items. The manager told my husband she didn’t care whether it was a $40 or $50 left on the account. This approach to customer service is unacceptable. I have filed a complaint and am awaiting a response from the district manager. No customer should be treated this way, especially when facing difficult situations. Rent-A-Center in Baker needs to reconsider their management and customer service practices. This experience has ensured that we will never return, as I would never treat my customers in such a dismissive and rude manner.

Looking for a good party speaker and yall made it easy as 123 and that's what it's all about.. if your looking for that top of the line item at a easy on the pocket book pace then go with these guys. You won't be disappointed!!

Mrs Andrea and her staff are the best. The process is effortless when dealing with these folks. I can’t thank her enough. Definitely should be your #1 go to store for any furniture and appliance needs.

Horrible customer service from the Manager. I normally shop ther le but never again. She gave me incorrect information then when I called back to verify she didn't call me back. Yet they call like clock work for a payment. The manager changed everything she said, then told me after 2 weeks that I had to call Corporate for my refund which she never mentioned until today. I waited 2 1/2 weeks for a 20 dollar credit I wanted to go toward my next payment. Since she told her employee the wrong information while I was on the phone I called her out on her lies then told them to come get the washer. A waste of my time, I can't do business with liars.
