I ordered a bedroom set online Dec 15. It says 5 to 7 days delivery time so I called Monday Dec. 22 and Was told I’d receive my delivery Wednesday Dec 24 between 10and 3 pm cuz they were closing early. At 2:38 pm Dec. 24 I began calling to see if they were still coming but no answer. Fast fwd to today Dec. 26 I called shortly after they opened and asked About the status of my delivery as it’s already two days late and was told I’d have it before 1pm today. Mind you I’m waiting around at home because obviously someone has to be here right? But also have other things to do do I called te store back at 1:07 pm tryna get an eta and the person a make was very short and rude with me telling me he don’t know and don’t k ow what to tell me and I gotta call bk wen the truck get bk to the store I said well who can I speak with then he proceeded to tell me the store manager who is in the truck and probably who I spoke with this morning. The point is yall on my time now this the second day I had to sit around and wait for yall but when that bill due yall not go wanna hear no excuses from me bout nothing‼️ Give me the same decency yall very unprofessional and I hate I can’t just deal with the Hammond location cuz they wud never ‼️ And tho whomever answered that phone need a course on customer service cuz that ain’t how you talk to a paying customer whose the sole reason on why u have a job to begin with
I rented a washer and dryer set for my parents, they took out 25 a week out of my bank account. Automatically. When it became close to paying it off they harassed me claiming that I need to come in and make more payments that I have not paid anything in 2 months. That same day a payment just cleared my bank alone with 3 other payments that same month. They threatened to come pick it up. I sent them the proof and they still would not except it. I called their home office, they pulled up my account said that on their records i never missed a payment. But it was against their policy to go against their store management. That i had to take it up with them. I have now filed a complaint to B.B.B. in Alanta Georgia. To make it clear this is Amite louisiana Aaron's store. I will never do business with them ever again. I guess they will be picking it up. Because I will not pay for something that I have already paid on. This was the first time I did bissness with them and the very last time.
Called for delivery seven minutes before showing up. Glad my wife was there so that they could leave on our porch. Never called to schedule a delivery time with me which I was told would be done. I didn’t move my washer and dryer before because I was told they were waiting for product to be shipped to store then we could set up delivery. I did receive offer from store to schedule for someone to come back and hook up when we were ready. Added a pic of the message from delivery guys who could care less and know nothing about customer service.
If customer service counts to you, dont go to this store!! I'm not sure what Aaron's customer service policy is here but it is lacking!! There were no employees visible when we walked in or as we walked around. We had to go find help when we had a question about 2 separate items. My husband spoke with someone about a sofa, I wasn't present so I can't speak as to how that went. We were looking at a bed frame and I had to go find someone and ask if I could get some help. The young lady looked as though she'd rather not leave her spot but she came. She wasn't nice and she wasn't rude she was just "dealing" with us. We weren't sure of the size of our mattress so we didn't purchase the bed frame which was a great price. We weren't told good bye or thanks for coming in when we left. Once home, I realized our mattress would fit the bedframe we were looking at and I could have called and ordered but I decided against it, due to the lack of customer service/courtesy!!
Everything was going good but when the delivered my couch it was ripped and damaged in places in which they did not tell me when I financed it. When they delivered the merchandise the delivery drivers noticed the damages and told me to call the store and let them know. So I called over a month ago and still have yet received a call back on the problem. This is crazy I'm spe ding over 3,000 on a damaged couch. They could care less on resolving the issue.
