My washing machine was broke down for an entire month and they will want me to pay for the full month. I didn't get a loaner to use or anything.

I've done business with this company since the 70's. Bought a few things and never missed my payment. If I had to do something else on payday. I made arrangements ahead and paid ahead. Stay in good standing, pay on time.

The worst customer service ever. No one communicates to one another, I had to keep telling them what was discussed about payment due date. While in the hospital hey continued to come by my home leaving notes on the door. I sent the back their furniture. My advice DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

I had a great experience until they enrolled me in auto pay without my permission and charged my card illegally, inwhich threw my payments off because my account was overdrafted. And now I am forced to pay 6 days later. Wich comes with harassment. I have made two years of payments and because I'm late they threated to report it stolen this is crazy. And won't take the dryer that quit working back this is people being screwed

This comment is for the location at Bolton Avenue in Alexandria Louisiana Let me first start by saying that the employees in this location are USUALLY very helpful and friendly! I’ve been renting here for at least over a year and have paid off a couple of items! The experience is always good! TODAY after a year from renting from This location..:: I am awed at the experience from today! During the last hurricane here in Alexandria? This location on Bolton Avenue called me and said that an automated payment would not be taken out of my account and they usually are good T doing what they say.... needless to say the next morning they still took out the automated amount and my account was overdrawn! After trying to make a comeback with a 200 overdrawn account.???? Today I went to the store and the STORE manager who looks new was beyond rude!! There was no sympathy!! No one was apologetic!! I had a hundred dollars left to pay off a laptop that I rented earlier this year but now I want to return everything!! I don’t care how much money I lost! I don’t want to spend another dime with these crooks! How sad in such crucial times that we are in ??? That we can be so hateful and so mean to loyal guest! I myself am a general manager of a business and I will never leave a customer with an unsolved issue, be unapologetic or rude! It would be my honor to RETURN EVERY UNPAID ITEM! After one of your employees called me a liar to my face!! I will not be back! Neither will none of my friends! GOD bless you! We will take our business to Conns!
