Some of the best customer service I've encountered in any public service establishment. When I showed up, one of the managers was mowing! They treated me as a human, listened, had conversation, and it was a pleasure visiting. Highly recommend in a pinch.

Individuals have been visiting our residence almost daily in an attempt to reclaim our belongings, demonstrating a clear unwillingness to engage in any form of collaboration with us concerning our payment arrangements. Their approach has been particularly aggressive, as they have consistently presented demands for payments that far exceed our financial capabilities at that time. This relentless pursuit for payment has, at times, felt akin to harassment, creating an atmosphere of anxiety and distress. Compounding the discomfort of the situation, these individuals chose to arrive in personal vehicles rather than their company cars. This decision not only felt unprofessional but also heightened our sense of unease, as it blurred the lines between their personal and professional conduct. The entire experience has been incredibly distressing, leaving us feeling vulnerable and overwhelmed. I am genuinely relieved to have finally severed ties with them. The weight of their constant demands and the discomfort of their presence in our lives has been lifted, allowing us to regain a sense of peace and normalcy. Moving forward, I hope to find a resolution that is more respectful and considerate of our circumstances.

I have used Aaron’s in Salina Kansas for a few years now. Leslie is the store manager and has always been amazing and understanding. We own almost everything we have gotten from there! I will continue to use them!!!

I was going around Furniture shopping and we pulled into the parking lot at aaron’s and I was sitting there finishing smoking my cigarette and waiting for my sister to meet me there before coming in and the employee came out and knocked on my car window, I rolled my window down and the aaron’s employee tells me with a very bad attitude that if I’m not coming in that I have to leave the parking lot, at that point I think I had been there for maybe 5 mins tops. They just lost a very good sale from me saying as I was gonna buy a full living room set, hope your rude attitude filled employee don’t do that to everyone that pulls into there.

The people are friendly I’ll give them that.. but that’s it’s I called to cancel my account and have them pick up the fridge I was renting and they scheduled a day to come pick it up and then the very next day they still take money off my card for payment even though they are coming to pick it up.... update... They never came to pick it up they canceled on me didn't even bother to tell me until they. We're supposed to be there and I called them and then they never came so I ended up paying for a fridge for my ex landlord to have for free. And I couldn't get into my account but they continued to take money off and never answered my calls...don't rent from to them
