The guys were great, very helpful & moved all three of my old appliances out without a fuss & then in with my new all in one washer/dryer 😀 so excited for this new experience & Pratt, KS Mike's crew has made the transition very pleasant for me moving forward just as they always have over the years doing business with them!!
Been doing business with them for about 7 years now on and off. Always friendly and respectful staff, especially the sweet redhead manager Heaven L. Winter; I am quite partial to redheads but she really is nice to her customers.
I want to tell everyone about Mike`s rent to own. I bought a washer and dryer set from them and I am really pleased about everything. MikE AND HIS STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Heaven and Lacy and extremely knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help find what you want. Topher and Ryan are always careful and courteous when moving your new furniture into your home. All around a great experience. A friendly crew. Love this store!
I have been a customer of Mike's for about a year now and I have never had a single issue. Just today I received my new couch, which my family absolutely LOVES! Ryan and Chris did a fantastic job on delivery. Heaven was absolutely wonderful getting it all set up for me. I will continue my business with Mike's because of their fantastic employees.
