If i could give 0 stars i would, this place has been completely unprofessional with us including the store manager Shelby, she is the rudest person we talk to if she is there. She does nothing but argue with you, does not care to help. Very annoying especially when i am paying over a 1k for a couch. This is exactly why i have never liked rent a center. They only care about it money, and when you try to say you have informed them that you will be late she says we said nothing absolutely unprofessional and rude. How is she the manager there?! After this is payed off i will NOT be buying from rent a center again!!
Matt is rude! My sister is elderly been a customer for 15 years they sold her a washer didn’t stand behind it it broke right when it was paid off so she bought another one cash money they brought it to her it never worked they want to keep her money she lives on a fixed income and they have stolen 180 cash from her!
The service was amazing. They helped me to get what I wanted. I recommend to going.
Store manager went above and beyond to order the furniture I wanted and got me a loner until it comes in!
Got a new washer and dryer here last week. Ordered them online. Love them! It's been a while since I went the RTO route but with the 6 month payoff it's a good deal. Plus I got brand new set and they delivered it and help set it up. It's been a great experience all around.
