That store manager does not know how to train his staff and does not know anything about customer services. He also needs lessons in honoring agreements. A staff member agreed to let me pay off my item on payday. He contacts me negating that agreement because it was too long to wait for payment. We are talking about integrity and honoring an agreement whether the agreement was a mistake or not. I did my part and called. He was never working when I called. I assumed everyone knew what they were doing as trained professionals by the management. He was very unprofessional saying the staff member would be fired. He should be fired for not taking responsibility for training his staff and honoring an agreement so the customer retains their furniture and pays the balance off in full as agreed upon. I have contacted the District Manager since I have invested money with that furniture item and don't want to lose that investment. This place will never get my business again when the bed is paid off nor will the store manager ever get an good reference from me. If it was possible to give no stars, I would.

Been a customer for years, Manny is an absolute saint and a pleasure to work with. Kelly and Karla - not so much. They will be the reason I stop using RAC.

They tell me there coming out to look at the couch . They never show up, I called them at the end of the day they were sorry they forgot to call me . So she sets it up for the next day 3 to 5 and they never show up. I call them at 6 pm she tells me she's loading up now and heading my way . It is now 713pm and still not here. We live about 25 to 30 mims away . They all there need to learn respect for the customer at least have the dignity to call them and let you know that they're not coming. And they're going to reschedule for another day, but they don't do that. Well update . Last week they were supposed to come out Monday afternoon and guess what? Very should up ! Not even a simple phone call to let me know what's going on ! So I call them back around 6 to find out what's going on. So they feed .e some line of bull shit how they were busy but there people in the store that could of reached out to me butt they didn't. So she tells me over the phone that her manager was coming out on Tuesday between 4 and 5 And guess what they never showed up.! No call no nothing ! I called them around 550 and ask what's going on o have to cancel drs appointment to wait for them. She said her manger was out and busy but her and 1 other guy just loaded up something and she told she was getting in the truck as we were speaking she said she was on there way . So time went buy no call again by 830 I was pissed ! The ne xt day at 10am in. Called and it was another lady who said she had no idea what happend the day before with the other lady . She said she was coming out in like 30 mims I said ok. She showed up took her the were the couch was she took her pictures. She told me she needed to get the model number of the couch and get me a new one .That was over a week ago now so I just got off of the phone with the same lady that I think was the one who said she was on her way and blew me off . I asked a out new washing machine and the new couch she acted like she didnt know any thing about . So I explained to her what was going on and she didnt know. She said she woild have an answer for me by 1 or 130 today so will see.. What really makes me mad is how I am treated I am a damn good customer. I've paid off multiple items and when I pay my bill every two weeks, I'm always paying early. So I'm never late. I really don't appreciate it being treated this way as a good customer. Kelly (one of the managers) is such a beautiful soul.She has great salesman skills and people skills. But be careful cuz she could sell you a nail because that's how good she is. 😂 😆 Overall I'm very happy with my new Big COMFY COUCH ❤️💯

Have bought bought things from this location first time having a terrible experience. Multiple issues with account. Was given the run around. Asked for the store manager to call me over three months ago and he never did. My rental agreement was never attached to my account. Had to be hassled to go into the store or call them if any issues happened instead of accessing it online. Will never buy from here again
