Under new management and half the time (maybe because of lack of communication) they have no idea what you are talking about when you call in to get your item fixed. Called to get a fridge fixed (that we had problems with since they brought it to us brand new) from them that was still under warranty. We had to call back later to check why they didn't show up on the day promised. No one even set up an appointment and they had no idea it needed repair. We returned everything that was still on a lease and will never go back. We are just going to fix it on our own. The benefits plus plan is a joke at this point. Be careful when you lease here, especially if it is an electronic/appliance and they promise benefit plus will cover the repairs. We used to really love using this place. Sorry to see it going down in quality. 😔

Save you self time and trouble and just go here. Don't go next door to Aaron's its very unorganized and inconsistent compared to this Rent A Cent. The store has a lot to do with the employee's and this Rent A Center as pretty chill 😎 employee's. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

If you're 5 minutes late with your payment, the owner has all the employees start making phone calls track you down because they want to repossess it at that point. When you're five minutes late
