I ordered a washer and dryer after having a PS5 with them for a while. I had about three months left to make payments on my PS five and TV through them and I was told they updated my address because I moved and gave them my new address and phone number in fact they did not update it fast forward to today when my delivery for my washer and driver was supposed to be here. It was not. I tried to call the store to find out what was going on. They said oh they had the wrong address and phone number they updated that acted like everything was just fine that I was gonna get my delivery for 30 rolls around and I got a call from the star stating that they could not deliver as it was too late in the day. I tried to call corporate to file a complaint and corporate did nothing. It was a waste of my time waiting for today I told them they could come and pick up both their TV in their PS5. I will not be doing business with this location ever again.
Great store here. Management was great and friendly staff. Great options and very clean.
My TV has been half black for over a week. Called multiple times always the same pushing me off... we have used this store for years. They take your money, but do not fix broken products. Our laptop is still being repaired (no update). If there was a higher management to speak with I would be happy to. Customer service is always great, polite.
Wonderful place to go and feel welcomed. Every employee in the store is very knowledgeable, and really knows the products. The store was clean, well organized, and smelled great. Delivery was same day, the drivers were also very professional, and made sure the product met my needs.
The employees have terrible communication skills when sharing information about customers accounts with each other. Also they do not keep good records and will call customers repeatedly about a late payment even if arrangements have been made by that customer. They also withhold some information about the agreement you are entering into that is found only by combing the fine print meticulously. I did not find them helpful, or trustworthy for that matter.
