The assistant or regular employee was good help and at least was trying, the store manager intervened and just talked and talked while “getting my information” and I had 3 orders with Aaron’s and one got cancelled because the information I gave IN STORE wasn’t put on one and so it was canceled and I had to call customer service and order through them because of my in store experience and now I’m having to wait another 7 days past my shipment date for some couches I ordered.

Had previously rented a chair from them. I called them to come pick up the chair due to the fact that I was moving and would no longer have room for the chair. A couple years later I went online and tried to rent a bedroom set they canceled my order several times without contacting me, finally the manager of the store called me and stated that she could not rent to me due to the condition of the chair when I turned it in she claims it had vomit all over it. I know for a fact when it left my possession it was in brand new condition had only been set on twice. She didn't stated that every time they tried to come pick up my furniture I would hop in my car and run away I was never in town during their open hours as I worked out of town daily. Very disappointed in the service will never look for another piece of furniture with this store again.

Very very nice and helpful people I went in literally 10 minutes before closing and they still took the time out of their day to help me and bring me my fridge that same night! I’m so grateful!

Horrible!!!!! They gave us a plan for 2 months free and come that we already had to pay them and it wasnt even a month. And they lied about how much we had to way. They are nothing but liars so we told them to take the stuff back.

Love them. They are every friendly and very understanding they helped me out when I lost my job I absolutely love doing business with the! I'd you go in talk to Rosemary!!
