when you are calling to pay a bill.. and phone call been answered i didn’t like that The employee made sure the customer is done with everything.. as a employee, you make sure the customer is taking care of before hanging up not know 20 minutes and hang up I was taught that customers come first and make sure everything is done before getting off the phone with the customer The employees need to work on that more that is unacceptable.. I am gonna be glad to be done paying off what I got from them and we will be not coming back to them due to unfashion and not have the good experience of customer service over the phone, paying bills and helping the customer out making sure they’re done with everything before getting off the phone

Jd and Stephanie great people to do business with, always have great attitudes. Been doing business with Rent a Center for 9 years and wouldn't go anywhere else..

We just started a new agreement on Tuesday on the $10 for a week. Apparently to Stephanie a week is only 5 days. We never got a call on Saturday that it was due, we believed that it was due on Tuesday as that is a week. Monday we came in and Stephanie was very rude. She didn’t explain anything to help us understand what is going on. All she said was I’ll print you a receipt and your agreement. And on top of that we were charged a late fee!
