Love rent a center but if ur a lil late they will bust your door down or jump out of a moving truck while I was watering my plants outside the man was like an inch away from trying to tackle me I was not even moving my mom died it was disgusting how he thought he would have put hands on me my brother is the sheriff in the next town over and he would have been hurting himself 😔 dummy smdh when I am done paying my sofa off after 10 years with rent a center I'm beyond DONE....

Absolutely great! Our delivery guy Jacob was respectful, informative, clear with direction, and truly made sure to do every thing with care. Our experience with Jacob alone really made rent a center a place we feel like we can come back to. We’ve only had one thing previous through them, but didn’t require someone to deliver. So a great first experience! Thank you Jacob and thank you RAC!

Got a notification that once my item reaches the store then they'll let me know when they can deliver it. I'm a little confused and kind of ticked off. I do believe that that means I'm not getting my product today even though I've already paid for it. I have another payment due in a week and I bet I won't even have my product by the time that week's up.

Wayne was a very nice manager to help me when I called bout my online order. Todd was a very patient man when it came to talking to me and helping get it accepted from an online order. Then There Tim he is a really cool guy to work with and was great at setup on the time of delivery these store was a great place to contact to get what I wanted and had very good communication skills. These guys went over and beyond what normal people would due to help a handicapped Transwoman out the other stores I visited as not the friendliest and did not really wanna help me Thanks for all you did Wayne, Todd and Tim I love my new gaming Pc
