THEIR BLAMING ME FOR A MISTAKE ON THEIR AGENTS PART. They told me I could come in today yesterday and I could get money refunded. So mad and now I have to wait about a week to go back and get MY money. Never rent from this company if you do just be careful

Really nice unfortunately the second week after I got it I got laid off from work and I’m doing the best I can I did not have the gas to drive to Warsaw to sign papers I think you sent me a text where I can do it online I’m looking for it right now

Awful experience from Warsaw store. They 1st said the couch/loveseat was new then when signing the papers I was told it was used. They brought the items to my home the arm of the loveseat was discolored, dirty, which I refused went to the store trying to exchange the items no one seemed to know how to exchange the items the bearded man was very nice tried to take care of the issue but couldn't make it happen. The manager Nick was horrible he was more interested in the young lady in his office. Made no effort to take care of his paying customer after driving across town and hearing laughter out of his office I asked for an refund. Then my account wasn't closed out receive 10 emails stating I was late. After they opened on Monday they started blowing up my phone 3 text in an hour. All because manager Nick was too busy to take care of an customer. And don't push off things on your employee when they don't having the training to get the job done. I'm glad you thought I didn't have anything better to do. Wasting 30 minutes in your store. (Not my 1st rodeo I have rented from this company before)

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Prices are a little higher than those at a normal store but you do get the convenience of making payments as well as insurance the whole time you have it. As far as the comments about them calling you a lot that is only when you are past due. If you make your payments on time you never hear from them. Way better than Aaron’s where you pay 10x the price it’s worth.

I have never owned anything from these people, but they have gotten it in their thick skulls that I'm someone named Donald who is apparently a week late on payments. I don't know who "Donald" is, but they were very rude the first time they called. The guy who spoke to me acted like I was lying when I told him that he had the wrong number. He kept demanding that I pay them, without even telling me that he was a rent a center representative until about 2 minutes into the call. After I got off the phone with that piece of work, I blocked the number and went on with my business. Two days later I woke up at 8:00 with 2 messages left on my phone from a new number demanding I pay them. So I did the rational thing. I blocked them again. So they just keep calling with new phones over and over. I try to tell them that I'm 16 I'm not even allowed to buy anything from rent a center and I have no idea who Donald is. It's bordering on harassment now. Please, for your sake never buy ANYTHING from these guys.
